2. Have 5 or 6 meals instead of 3 meals: Now there is a merit for having 5 or 6 smaller meals because you are less likely to overeat. But what ultimately counts is the total number of calories that you consume at the end of the day.

3. Carbohydrates should be avoided because they make you fat: You have to have carbohydrates in your diet and make sure that you consume them in moderation.
